Sundown Tunic Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Our products are designed with care to meet our quality standards and your quality expectations. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, Sundown Tunic will accept returns and exchanges within a reasonable period of the purchase date, with a valid receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that original shipping and handling fees are generally non-refundable.

Return at a Drop-Off Location

For a quick and easy return option, you may be able to return your item to a local drop-off location.

  • Start your return through our online returns portal. You will receive instructions, which may include a QR code for use at the drop-off point.
  • We partner with a network of thousands of convenient drop-off locations.
  • Once you drop off your item, the return process is initiated. Please note that a returns processing fee may apply and will be deducted from your refund.

Return by Mail

If you prefer to ship your item back, you can easily do so by mail.

  • Start your return online to receive a mailing label via email.
  • Securely pack your items, print and apply the provided label, and ship them back to us using the carrier specified.
  • You will receive an email notification when your items have been received and your refund has been processed. Please allow a reasonable number of business days for the refund to be credited to your original method of payment. A returns processing fee may apply.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we are happy to help you with an exchange.

  • Please visit our online returns center or consult our customer care section on our website to initiate the exchange process.
  • Our team can assist in placing your new order. Instructions for returning the original item will be provided.
  • Simply pack and ship your original item(s) back using the provided method.
  • You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please note that a returns processing fee may apply.

Price Adjustments

We will gladly consider adjusting the price of an item if it is reduced shortly after your original purchase. A one-time price adjustment may be considered on eligible merchandise. To request a price adjustment, please contact us through our website.

Final Sale Policy

Any items marked as “Final Sale” on the product page or at checkout are not eligible for exchange or return. Please note that final sale items, as well as original shipping and handling fees, are non-refundable.
